Oliveti

The area of olive groves has 12 hectares of land and property company by 2500 olive trees. Secular and 1700 are located on the hill of Castagneto Carducci, with 800 olive trees were planted in the eighties on flat land behind the same hill.

The olive harvest begins in late October in Olivete more exposed to the sun where the aging has just begun and continues until mid-December in more sheltered areas where often the olives are still green.

Every day the olives are taken to the mill to ensure a real extra, fresh and with low acidity.
